About the Charleston Collegiate Baseball League
Our Mission
The Charleston Collegiate Baseball League was founded to give college baseball players a competitive, structured summer experience rooted in development, exposure, and consistency — all within one of the most exciting cities in the country.
We built this league to prioritize the player: meaningful reps, professional standards, and a summer schedule that keeps athletes sharp and prepared for their return to campus.
Year Two: Building on a Strong Foundation
After a successful inaugural season, the Charleston Collegiate Baseball League is expanding in 2026. We’re growing to four teams and increasing our schedule to better serve the demand from players who want more from their summer baseball experience.
The CCBL has quickly earned a reputation as a high-level, athlete-focused league built for serious players who want to stay competitive, get game reps, and enjoy the game in a professional environment.
Who It’s For
The CCBL is open to:
• Current college baseball players (all levels)
• Graduating high school seniors committed to play collegiate baseball
• Transfer athletes preparing for their next program
Whether you’re staying local or traveling to Charleston for the summer, this league is designed for players who want to compete, grow, and be part of something built for them.
What We Offer
• Four-team league structure (expanded in Year Two)
• Six-week season (June through mid-July)
• 18–20 game schedule
• All games played locally in the Charleston area
• No outside travel
• Experienced coaching staff with collegiate and professional backgrounds
• Optional strength and conditioning support
• Custom uniforms and team gear
• Full in-season coverage, including game stats, social content, and player features
