Player Fees – 2027 Season
- Position players: $1,500
- Pitchers only: $800

Securing Your Spot
Payment is only requested after your application has been reviewed and accepted. To secure your roster spot, you can pay in full or submit a $800 non-refundable deposit. Your payment deadline will be included with your acceptance. Players accepted closer to the season may be required to pay in full.
Ways to Cover Your Fees
- Player fundraiser: opt in to the CCL player fundraiser to raise money toward your fees.
- Player sponsor: find a local business to sponsor you. Player sponsors are also recognized as CCL league sponsors and advertised throughout the season.
Ask us about either option after you're accepted.
Refunds
- Deposit: the $800 deposit is non-refundable.
- Full payment: if you withdraw within 7 days of paying your full player fee, you'll be refunded everything except the $800 deposit.
- After 7 days: once 7 days have passed since your full payment, player fees are non-refundable.
- Weather: games canceled due to weather or safety conditions do not qualify for a refund.
Example: a position player pays $1,500 in full on March 1 and withdraws on March 5. They receive $1,000 back.
Housing
Housing isn't included in the player fee. Host-family placements are limited and matched in the order requests are received.
