Player Fees & Housing

PLAYER FEES AND HOUSING INFORMATION

Player registration fees cover all league-related participation costs, including uniforms and practice apparel.

Position Players: $1,500
Pitchers Only: $800

To secure a roster spot, players must either pay in full or submit a $500 non-refundable deposit. Remaining balances must be paid in full before the start of the season. Payment details and deadlines will be provided upon acceptance into the league.

Housing is not included in the registration fee. A limited number of host family accommodations will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

College of Charleston Housing Option

The Charleston Collegiate Baseball League has partnered with the College of Charleston to provide optional summer housing located in Warren Place Dorms in downtown Charleston, just off King Street.

Housing Dates: June 1 – July 10

Single Room (Private): $3,000
Double Room (Shared): $2,500 per player

Players who prefer not to stay in the College of Charleston dorms are welcome to arrange their own housing accommodations for the summer.

This one-time fee includes full league participation, game scheduling, coaching, uniforms, practice apparel, training access, and player development resources.

A portion of this fee—$500—is considered a non-refundable deposit and secures the athlete’s roster placement. All payments must be made in full at the time of registration. No additional balance will be due.

Please note: Housing is not included in the player fee. Limited host family placements are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are also able to assist with housing accommodations through a third-party management company, if needed.
